Our 2025–26 Intern Team: The Heart Behind EarthSTARS.earth

Something extraordinary happened this year.

It didn’t start with a massive budget.It didn’t start with a big media deal.It started with people.

Young people.Curious people.Purpose-driven humans who said, “I want to help.”

And they did more than help…they built the foundation of EarthSTARS.earth.

Behind every idea we’ve launched…Behind every sponsor we’ve researched…Behind every story we’ve uncovered about healing our planet…

There has been an intern.

Working late. Asking better questions. Digging deeper into what it really means to make change.

They’ve researched green brands that actually walk the talk. They’ve explored philanthropy and found the people who truly care. They’ve helped connect dots between climate, culture, music, and media in ways that feel alive, relevant, and real.

We would not be here without them.

But here’s the part no one talks about enough…

This wasn’t just work.

It was connection.

It was getting to know each of them—their stories, their dreams, their fears, their brilliance.It was watching confidence grow week by week.It was seeing someone go from “I’m not sure I can do this” to “Wait… I think I can.”

And somewhere along the way…I didn’t just lead a team.

I became a mentor. And they became part of something much bigger than an internship.

Because EarthSTARS isn’t just a project.

It’s a movement built on the belief that:

• creativity can heal

• storytelling can shift culture

• and young voices can change the future
